Leonardo Hotel Liverpool

We had a fantastic stay in a hotel perfectly located for those wanting to explore the city. We were able to walk to the convention centre, the docklands and the town centre with ease. The room was very clean, spacious and had an amazing view. The beds were comfortable and the service was friendly and prompt. We enjoyed our breakfast with its great choice of dishes, including freshly-made hot food and cold meats and cheeses. The eating area is spacious and bright, just what we needed to start our day.

The bathroom could have been cleaner in some aspects.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a fantastic location for activities around the Albert Docks on the harbour. The staff were always on the same page regarding service and were very helpful including the porter who managed to track down a working remote control. The room amenities like the heating and air conditioning were great and there were tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a nice sitting area.

When I arrived, the staff on the reception desk looked very unclean and untidy for a big chain like this; the management should not let the staff be untidy in the way they dress.

Good location in the docks with a short walk to the city center. The view from the rooms is impressive. Clean and safe environment. Friendly and efficient staff. A great value for money accommodation option.

The location of the hotel was excellent, making it easy to access certain areas of the city. the breakfast offered good value, although some items did get cold.

There were a few negative aspects. The bathtub in the room was small and low, making it uncomfortable for taking a bath.

Loved the location at Albert Dock, close to bars, restaurants, and bus pick-up point. Friendly staff, quick check-in, and security officers on weekends. Lovely bar area and clean rooms. Accommodated request for rooms on the same floor.

I was really surprised by the complimentary birthday drink voucher on arrival. The room was well equipped with all amenities, including shampoo and soap, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they promptly responded to our requests for additional coffee and milk. I had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making transportation and visiting nearby areas easy. The breakfast selection was excellent, with something for everyone.
